Register to Vote
Registering to vote is easy and only takes a few minutes!
Simply visit the King County Elections Web site, download the form and send it in.
You’re eligible to vote in Washington state if you’re:
- A citizen of the United States
- A legal resident of Washington state
- At least 18 years old by Election day
You may not register to vote if you are:
- Presently denied your civil rights due to a felony conviction
- Judicially declared mentally incompetent
NOTE: If an election is nearing when you’re interested in registering, you may need to register in person in order to be able to vote in the election. There are more details here.
